Vitaler's Sport Isotonic Drink is a strawberry-flavoured powder to dissolve in water, with 18 g of glucose, electrolytes (sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium), B vitamins, vitamin C, zinc, chromium and 300 mg of taurine in every serving.

Vitamin C, magnesium, niacin, pantothenic acid and vitamins B6 and B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Calcium and magnesium contribute to normal muscle function.

About the product

Glucose provides the carbohydrates (72 kcal per serving), while sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium are electrolytes, the minerals we lose through sweat. Calcium, magnesium, thiamine, niacin, pantothenic acid and vitamins B6, B12 and C contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, and magnesium contributes to electrolyte balance. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism.

Ingredients

Glucose, acidity regulator: citric acid, calcium chloride, magnesium citrate, potassium citrate, flavouring, sodium chloride, taurine, L-ascorbic acid (vitamin C), sweetener: steviol glycosides, zinc picolinate, colour: black carrot extract and curcumin, nicotinamide (niacin), calcium pantothenate (pantothenic acid), pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), thiamine hydrochloride (vitamin B1), chromium picolinate, methylcobalamin (vitamin B12).

The product contains sugar and sweeteners. Suitable for vegans.

Directions for use

Dissolve the contents of one sachet (22 g) in 500 ml of water. Use as needed, no more than once a day.

Best consumed before, during or after physical activity.

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Do not use if you are prone to kidney stones or suffer from kidney stone disease. Not intended for older people or people with kidney disease.
