Vitargo + Electrolyte is a powdered dietary supplement. It contains the unique Vitargo® formula and an electrolyte complex. Vitargo is a special starch carbohydrate – barley starch with long molecular chains, prepared specifically for sports applications.

Thanks to its unique structure, Vitargo quickly provides energy without burdening the stomach, making it ideal for athletes who need a quick carbohydrate replenishment during intense training or competitions. This starch is more effective than traditional carbohydrates, such as maltodextrin or fructose, because it helps to rebuild muscle and liver glycogen stores faster.

Suggested use:

Fill a shaker with 200 ml of water, add one serving (70 g = 6 tablespoons), shake vigorously for one minute. Top up the shaker with water to 750 ml.

As a sports drink during training/competition, a maximum of three servings is recommended.

If training/competition lasts longer than 2-3 hours, the manufacturer also recommends using Vitargo Electrolyte, especially in the first phase of exercise.

Use/supplementation: the manufacturer recommends consuming 1 serving of the drink every hour during heavy training.
