Suggested use:

Add 40 g (2 scoops) to 500ml water and stir well. Drink 500 ml every 45-60 minutes of exercise or as needed. Consume the prepared drink within 24 hrs. 1600 g is sufficient to prepare 20 litres of finished drink.
