Ingredients

L-glutamine, L-leucine, emulsifier - rapeseed lecithin, L-valine, L-isoleucine, acidity regulator - citric acid, flavourings, sweeteners: sucralose, acesulfame K.

Directions

Mix 10 g (2.5 measuring scoops) in 100-150 ml of water or juice. On training days, drink two servings a day - one right after waking up, the other after training. On non-training days, drink one serving after waking up.

Contraindications

Do not use if allergic to any of the ingredients. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Store at room temperature, in a dry and dark place, out of reach of small children.
