TST + GH contains D-aspartic acid ( DAA ) , arginine alpha-ketoglutarate ( AAKG ) , L-glutamine , L-carnitine L-tartrate , L-ornithine , L-lysine hydrochloride , vitamins B5 and B6 , magnesium and zinc.

Glutamine plays an important role in amino acid metabolism. It acts as a source of energy and as a protein-building amino acid. Almost two-thirds of muscles are made up of amino acids , which is why glutamine is a popular supplement among athletes. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. Zinc helps maintain normal testosterone levels in the blood. Vitamin B5 contributes to the synthesis and metabolism of steroid hormones , vitamin D and certain neurotransmitters , as well as to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
