Suggested use:

2 times a day, max 0.75 ml (15 drops), consume with a small amount of water. Shake the bottle before measuring the portion. It is recommended to start supplementation with liposomal preparations from minimum doses, i.e. 0.1 ml - 0.25 ml (2-5 drops), gradually reaching the maximum doses indicated on the label.
